Job summary
As a Health Care Assistant you will be working within our Complex Care Team providing support to our housebound patients in a very supporting environment. The Complex Care Team work closely with our Visiting Team which is made up of GP's, Paramedics and Nurses who manage the triaging and visits for any patient which is deemed as housebound or acutely unwell and unable to attend the practice. This role will support that provision with requirements for blood taking, ECG's, Urine analysis etc.
This is a varied role which our team find of great value, you will be working with two very successful teams which have been developed over the last three years and have each grown in numbers in order to meet our enhanced service requirements and provide outstanding care to our vulnerable patients.
Training on all of the above areas is available for the right candidate, along with regular updates to ensure competencies are maintained.

As this role requires visiting patients in their homes, candidates will need to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle at all times.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 4hrs per day, 9am til 1pm (or slight variation)
