Healthcare Assistant (up to Full Time – 37 hrs per week)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join our practice. Working as part of a team, you will provide a range of clinical duties based around your current skills and experience with scope to develop further. Current duties include phlebotomy, ECGs, Blood pressure checks, first-stage chronic disease review duties, NHS Health Checks, stock ordering and replenishment.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, patient care, organisation and the ability to prioritise your work. A flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach is essential along with the desire to deliver an excellent service to our patients.

Job Summary

Working under the direct supervision of the Nursing Team and in accordance with the Practice guidelines and protocols, the Healthcare Assistant will assist and support the effective and efficient delivery of patient clinical services.
