We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at High Street Surgery in Cheslyn Hay. Our well-established practice includes 2 GP Partners, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 1 Practice Nurses, 1 Healthcare Assistant, 1 Phlebotomist, and a dedicated administrative team. Main duties of the job

The Practice Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centred care across a wide range of clinical services. Duties include managing long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension, carrying out baby and adult immunisations, travel vaccinations, cervical screening (smears), and performing routine swabs and wound care. The role involves conducting patient assessments, delivering evidence-based treatments, and maintaining accurate and contemporaneous clinical records. You will support infection prevention and control measures, ensure stock levels and clinical supplies are maintained, and contribute to the smooth running of the surgery. The post-holder will work collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team, participate in audit and quality improvement initiatives, and help develop and maintain safe, efficient, and patient-focused services.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly, well-established team at High Street Surgery in Cheslyn Hay. Main Duties
