Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive
An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team as
Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive.
Main duties of the role are managing a very busy diary, administrative
duties and helping with new projects.
You will be enthusiastic and motivated and work to a high
standard of accuracy. You will be able to prioritise your workload effectively
and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A willingness to support the team as a whole is
essential.
The role will be based at Quayside House, Gloucester. The
role could be purely office-based, or hybrid office-based/working from home, if
preferred. If hybrid working, you must be willing and able to travel to central
Gloucester whenever required during your contracted hours.
The working hours are 20-25 hours per week, to be worked
over at least 4 days (preferably 5 days).
If a full-time role is preferred, there is the potential to combine the
EA post with other administrative duties.

Use initiative in all areas of work in the absence of or on behalf of
the Chief Executive and ensure that they are kept informed.
Process accurate expense claims and keep detailed records.
