Street Lane Practice, North Leeds - Salaried General Practitioner (Fixed Term 1 Year, 6-8 Sessions per Week)
Street Lane Practice is seeking a committed and motivated Salaried GP to join our well-established and high-performing team on a one-year fixed-term basis (6-8 sessions per week). A GP with Extended Role (GPwER), especially in dermatology, would be advantageous, though not essential
You will join an experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team of GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals, supported by an efficient management and administrative team.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and patient-centred clinical care across a range of presentations.
- Undertake consultations, home visits, telephone and triage as required.
- Contribute to the achievement of QOF, Enhanced Services, and other practice targets.
- Participate in clinical meetings, audit, and service development initiatives.
- Support the education and supervision of medical students or trainees (where applicable).
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation using TPP SystmOne.
- Work collaboratively with the wider PCN and multidisciplinary team.
Person Specification
Essential:
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Medical Performers List.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused care.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable:
- Experience in or interest in service development or quality improvement.
- A GP with Extended Role (GPwER), especially in dermatology, would be advantageous, though not essential.
- Experience with SystmOne clinical system.

Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations for patients of all ages, assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic conditions.

Provide preventive care, health promotion, and lifestyle advice to support patient wellbeing.
