Job responsibilities

Salaried GP/Long-term locum GP required

Up to 6 sessions per week available

15000-patient practice in Central Peterborough

Close-knit team of GPs with supportive values - daily scheduled catch-up with coffee breaks and regular clinical meetings

2 GP Partners and 5 other regular GPs

Young patient demographic with a very low visit rate

Practice pharmacists and pharmacy technician deal with medication queries, medication reviews where appropriate and reconciling medications from discharge letters

We have a full-time Nurse Practitioner who sees minor illness and injury.

We also have a First Contact Practitioner for dealing with patients presenting with musculoskeletal problems.

We work closely with our neighbouring practice (the other member of our Primary Care Network) to ensure we can benefit from working at scale

6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave (pro rata)
