Job summary
We are looking for an experinced Nurse with
excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven team working
abilities, to be resourceful, with the ability to manage their own time
effectively and prioritise their own workload.
This role is an exciting

You will be working within a wide skill mixed team, who are passionate

approach.
The post holder will be required to
travel in between care homes and have a flexible approach to their day. They must hold a full drivers licence and
access to own transport.
The post holder may also be expected to hold clinics for noncare home patients at the surgery and work collaboratively with Bethesda's nursing team, carrying out general practice nursing duties efficiently.

have experience of working within a wider healthcare team.

assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
Demonstrate
