Job summary

Receptionist/care navigator required for 30.25 hours per week for friendly GP practice in Widnes. Why not come and join our friendly team.

Main duties of the job

Answering telephone calls. Liaising with doctors and all staff. Making appointments for patients. Entering information in Emis clinical system.

About us

We are a friendly team with 5 part time doctors. We have 8400 patients. We are looking to recruit a part time receptionist as soon as possible.

Duties include answering telephone calls from patients and other staff from attached services and hospitals. Ensuring all are treated with dignity and respect. Relaying tasks and messages to clinical staff. Making appointments for patients. Processing prescriptions. Making appointments for our patients with other services e.g. extended access services.
