Main duties of the job

The PCN Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Primary Care Network. The role involves coordinating meetings, managing communications, and assisting with the implementation of PCN initiatives. The administrator will work closely with the PCN team to ensure efficient operations and support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1.Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the PCN Manager and team.

Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and reports for PCN meetings.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

2.Communication

Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Coordinate communication between PCN teams and stakeholders.

3.Coordination and Organisation

Schedule and organise PCN meetings, events, and training sessions.

Assist in the implementation of PCN projects and initiatives.

Coordinate the collection and analysis of data for reporting purposes.

4.Data Management

Maintain and update databases and information systems.

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in line with GDPR regulations.

5.Support for PCN Initiatives

Assist with the development and implementation of PCN service specifications.

Support the delivery of enhanced access and other PCN services.

6.General Duties

Undertake any other administrative tasks as required to support the PCN.

7.Working Conditions

Part-time position with occasional travel to other practice sites as required.

Office-based with some flexibility for remote work.
