Job summary
We are looking for a 6-7 session per week GP to
join our well-established, highly regarded training practice for a minimum of 6 month maternity cover, starting mid-November 2025.
Purton is a village location close to the M4 and easily commutable from
Bristol, Bath & Gloucestershire.
You will be joining a team of nine GPs, prescribing nurse practitioner, four practice nurses and a fantastic team of clinical staff.
Patient list size of 11,000
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
Managing a case load of face to face and telephone consultations and queries, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and reports.
