Job summary
Ramsbury & Wanborough Surgery are looking to recruit a dynamic, flexible, forward thinking team player. Ideally, we are looking for a 5/6 session Salaried GP with an interest in Women's Health. Ramsbury & Wanborough Surgery is a rural, dispensing practice with our main surgery in Ramsbury and a branch surgery in Wanborough.
We are able to offer:

Ramsbury Surgery is based on the Wiltshire/Berkshire border, a 15 minute drive from Swindon and 20 minutes from Newbury.
Main duties of the job
To work as an autonomous
practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice
population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying
with the NHS contract.
Furthermore, the post holder will
adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the
effective management of the Practice, leading by example, maintaining a
positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary
team.

We are a training practice with an excellent reputation, providing all aspects of Primary Care to just over 10,000 patients, with an Outstanding CQC rating. The Practice uses Systmone clinical system. We are a friendly team which includes ANPs, Nurses, HCAs, Clinical Pharmacist and Health & Wellbeing Coach.

the Salaried GP. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other
tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing
levels:
The
delivery of highly effective medical care to the registered patient population
Prescribing
adhering to local and national guidance
Effective
management of long-term conditions
Processing
of administration in a timely manner, including referrals, pathology results,
medication requests and other associated administrative tasks
On
a rotational basis, you may be required to undertake telephone triage and duty
doctor roles
Maintain
accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and
guidance
Work
collaboratively, accepting an appropriate share of the Practice workload
Adhere
to best practice recommended through clinical guidelines and the audit process
Contribute
to the successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality
initiatives within the practice
