Job summary
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and capable Practice Manager to provide operational leadership following the departure of
our current postholder. The successful candidate will work closely with our Deputy Practice Manager and Operations
Manager to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day services and the continued development of the practice.
Main duties of the job
We Are Looking For
Proven management experience - primary care or similar environment desirable
Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills
Confidence managing HR and operational issues
Understanding of NHS regulatory frameworks
Ability to prioritise, work independently and lead change constructively
A team-oriented approach, working effectively with colleagues at all levels

Line management of administrative teams
Representing the practice at locality and PCN operational meetings as required
