Do you have a desire to work in a brand new, purpose built, state of the art Medical Centre.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our expanding practice team. We are looking to recruit a Salaried GP / Salaried GP with a view to Partnership / Partner to join our well-established and supportive practice for 4-8 sessions per week.
We would be happy to appoint a newly qualified or more experienced GP but ideally someone who feels they will fit well into our friendly and welcoming team.
You will work alongside our existing team to deliver Primary Care Medical Services including telephone and face to face consultations and associated tasks.
Our successful candidate would continue to provide the highest standard of in-hours medical services and care to patients of the Practice.

To maintain good quality records of all consultations whether face to face or by telephone, including those carried out by visiting the patients home. The Post-holder will work in accordance with the standards set by the GMC and Care Quality Commission.
About us
Aspull
Surgery is a well establish GP Practice in the small village of Aspull, Wigan.
We moved into a new, state of the art, purpose-built practice in February offering an enhanced working environment. We have also recently become a teaching practice.
Our
clinical team currently includes GPs, Advanced Nurses Practitioners, Pharmacy
Technician, Clinical Pharmacist, Practice Nurses, and administrative staff which enables a manageable workload for
our GPs.
There
is a strong team atmosphere and a focus on continuous development throughout
the surgery.

agreed to allow for work -life balance.
Typical
duties would be:
- Face to face and
telephone appointments booked at 15 minutes
- Admin associated
with clinic
- Reviewing own lab
results with some cross coverage for leave
- Routine
prescription authorisation
- Participation in
practice clinical meetings
