Practice Operations Manager

Job summary
30 hours per week (4 days to include Monday & Friday)
To lead on the operational management of the practice, with responsibility for the effective and safe delivery of the day to day running of the practice. The role holder will work across all functions of the practice, supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff in their roles. The role holder will work closely with the Managing Partner to align operations to strategic goals and will deputise for the Managing Partner as required. The role holder will ensure that all practice policies and procedures are followed in day-to-day operations.
