Physicians Associate 1 Year fixed term contract

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Physicians Associate to join our friendly well established team based in East London. The successful candidate will work alongside our team of GP's to provide care for our patients from history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis and management of conditions under the GP's supervision. You will be expected to perform delegated duties with a high degree of clinical skills and knowledge.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will have be expected to take medical histories, perform physical examinations, review test results and deliver treatment as required. Candidates should be able to see patients presenting with both acute problems and ongoing conditions, visiting housebound patients when needed. 

GP support and supervision will be available for the candidate with a named duty doctor allocated to them daily for guidance.
