Job summary
This post is for a Receptionist/Administrator. Fixed hours of Monday 8am -1pm and Friday 8am - 6.30pm. Working across our four branches, to cover the needs of the business. You will be working as part of a team and also independently. You will be responsible for opening and closing of sites, along side another staff member.
Main duties of the job

To interact with patients to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests.

To ensure that all patients have a positive experience

To work as part of the team in a professional manner providing high quality reception, administration and support services to all Patients, visitors, clinicians.

To follow all relevant standard operating policies, procedures and protocols to ensure always working in an efficient and courteous manner

To provide a professional call-handling service and associated administration duties

To ensure that cash payments are handled in line with organisational protocols

To embed and sustain an ethos of care throughout the team, providing advice and guidance and signposting patients to the most appropriate clinician/service

To record all essential information accurately and efficiently

- Microsoft office Knowledge

- Knowledge of systm one is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Worked in within a GP practice.
