Job summary
We are looking for a GP to complement our friendly team of partners and salaried GPs providing quality care to a list of nearly 15,000 patients. We have an opportunity for a GP interested in a 6-session salaried with view to partnership in our respected, and forward-thinking training practice.
We have developed a hub model that separates out on the day from routine GP care. We aim to provide good online and face to face access for patients with urgent problems but also provide continuity for those with more complex needs.

Main duties of the job
Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other health care workers within the practice.
Assessing the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
Recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards.
Prescribing in accordance with the local ICB prescribing formulary whenever this is clinically appropriate.
To opportunistically complete the necessary checks and record appropriate data to support the practice in meeting QoF and other local health targets, attaining GMS contract quality points.
