The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be involved in a wide range of clinical nursing duties, supporting both patients and the wider practice team.
Hours:
- 3 days per week (27 hours)
- Monday: 08:3018:30
- Tuesday: 08:3018:30
- Wednesday: 08:3018:30
- Plus one Saturday per month: 09:0012:00
Main duties of the job
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Routine injections
- Childhood immunisations
- Travel risk assessments, immunisations, and advice
- Cytology
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Removal of sutures
- Chronic disease management, including asthma
- ECGs
- Phlebotomy
