Available Positions:

37.5 hours/Week (Vacancy 1)

  • Monday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (8 hours)

  • Tuesday: 10:30 AM 6:30 PM (Every 3rd Tuesday: 12:30 PM 8:00 PM)

  • Wednesday: 10:30 AM 6:30 PM

  • Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

  • 25 Hours/Week (Vacancy 2)

    • Monday: 1:30 PM 6:30 PM

    • Tuesday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM(Every 3rd Tuesday 3:00 PM 8:00 PM)

    • Wednesday: 1:30 PM 6:30 PM

    Main duties of the job

    Join Our Front Desk Team as a Care Coordinator

    As the first point of contact for our patients, youll be the friendly face and reassuring voice they rely on. Youll be at the heart of our practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly by:

    • Welcoming patients with warmth and assisting them in person or over the phone
    • Handling reception and administrative duties with ease and professionalism
    • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide seamless care
    • Managing patient appointments and directing them to the appropriate services
    • Offering exceptional customer service with a positive, problem-solving mindset

Duties can include but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, processing of information and assisting patients as required.
