Allocated care home support (pro rata) but most of the day-to-day care is provided by our PCN Clinical Director who a GP Partner at the Practice
Shared admin duties including results, workflow, and tasks fairly distributed and supported by a smart and efficient admin team
Medical reports when required, with protected admin time available
Team Engagement & Leadership Participate in
regular MDTs, GP clinical meetings, and full

Salaried GP Opportunity 6 to 8 Sessions per Week (Flexible Hours)
We are a close-knit, well-respected team comprising two partners, three salaried GPs, and three ANPs, all supported by our wonderful PAs, Nursing, Healthcare team, all with the wrap-around support of the Admin and Reception Team. Our practice is based on one site in Wombwell, serving a diverse and vibrant community ofjust over10,000patients.

To provide high-quality medical care to registered and temporary patients in a primary care setting, managing a personal caseload and working professionally in line with Wombwell Medical Centre policies.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver effective medical care in line with the GMS contract

Safely prescribe according to local and national guidelines

Manage long-term conditions and process referrals and prescriptions promptly

Maintain accurate clinical records

Share workload fairly with the practice team

Follow clinical guidelines and participate in audits and quality improvement.
