Job summary
We have a vacancy for some part-time Medical Receptionists to join our friendly team: 15 plus hours per week. Monday to Friday . . There will be an expectation of covering or holidays and sickness
These are permanent positions following the successful completion of a probationary period. Candidates must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Main duties of the job
Duties include:
Booking appointments, receiving and recording requests for home visits, dealing with queries via telephone and face to face, handing out and help to prepare repeat prescriptions, scanning on documents, appointment administration with any other duties within the scope of the role. It is a lot more varied a role than you can imagine

We are a 6800 patient practice , 3 partners, 1 ANP , 2 Practice Nurses, 1 HCA, a Practice Manager, a Deputy Manager , a Medical Secretary and 5 receptionists
