Due to a promotion within the organisation, we are seeking a proactive and adaptable Management Support Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to our management team. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and be confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Main duties of the job

The Management Support Administrator is to support the Management Team in all aspects of administration. The role of the Management Support Administrator will require the use of various systems for recording, reminding and ensuring that all activities are instigated, monitored, reviewed and completed. Excellent IT skills and high level customer service skills are therefore essential.

Tyntesfield Medical Group in North Somerset is a 13 Partner General Practice with a patient list size currently of around 35,000 split across four sites: Tower House Medical Centre, Brockway Medical Centre, Backwell Medical Centre and Long Ashton Surgery.

Job responsibilities

Supporting the Operations Managers with any administrative tasks

Assist in updating Friends and Family responses and distribute to management team

Assist with the Operation Manager (Focus) with supporting the wider reception team

Assist with room bookings for users, including ensuring that required facilities are available and update the practice intranet

Assist with the asset register

Assist with the calibration of equipment

Support the work experience visitors

Support the IT Partner with project work

Monitor Practice email accounts, e.g. NHS.net and deal with relevant incoming communications

Assist in matching the unmatched Path results

Assist with PCSE / patient queries

Assist in the housekeeping of the practice intranet

Assist in producing and sending out weekly staff bulletin

Assist in updating the Practice Leaflets and distributing

Assist in TMG social media

Lead, manage, monitor and update TMGs website and Facebook

Lead, manage, monitor and update Tower House security items (keys and swipes)

Assist the Handyperson and liaise with the General Manager with any queries if the need arises

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent and to include Maths and English

Desirable

  • Additional qualifications in administration, business or management support
