Job responsibilities
Implement
agreed standards for delivering support services across all sites, working
closely with the Rota Resource Manager to ensure consistency in service across
the Group.
Extend
support to another site in the event of the absence of another member of the
Management Team or, at times, extraordinary demand or exceptional events.
Ensure
efficient, timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks.
Ensure
all templates are up-to-date and accurate for all sites as directed by the Rota
and Resource Manager.
With
support, ensure all targets are met with sufficient cover for improved access
and extended hours.
Work
with the Rota and Resource Manager to manage and seek locum cover as
appropriate.
Supporting
the Rota and Resource Manager in managing clinical resources across TMG,
ensuring sufficient cover is available daily across all sites.
Implement
timetables for students and trainees across all sites as guided by the Rota and
Resource Manager.
With
support, manage the staff absence line and arrange any cover as necessary,
informing the HR Manager and Line Managers and recording on TeamNet.
Handle
petty cash and manage budgets consistent with role.
Responsible
for room availability for internal staff.
