We have availability to cover the following shifts:
Monday: 13.00 18.30
Wednesday: 07.30 13.00
Thursday: 07.30 13.00
Friday: 07.30 13.00, 13.00-18.30
What we are looking for;
- Enthusiastic and reliable team members
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing customer service environment
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in an administrative role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Telephone Management:
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Address enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Customer Service:
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
- Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Professionalism:
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour.
- Handle stressful situations with calm and composure.
- Compassion:
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards patients.
- Provide supportive and compassionate care.
- Organisational Skills:
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office, appointment scheduling systems).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
