Job summary

Do you enjoy detailed work and have an ability to work to deadlines? Looking to work between 30 - 37 hours per week over 5 days, from 08.00am? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in our Scheduling Team.

You will work in partnership with all teams, to accommodate and maintain the high standard of service to others. To facilitate the scheduling needs for all clinics within the practice.

Main duties of the job

Preparing the timetable for our 50+ clinicians across our 4 sites

Administering all annual leave for all Clinical teams

Communicating changes to the team

Brookside Group Practice is an innovative, forward thinking, large, 4 site practice working together as Earley + Primary Care Network, which manages approximately 31,000 patients. Our team of around 130 people includes many allied health professionals, including a thriving health and wellbeing team helping to address patients mental and emotional wellbeing needs alongside our doctors, physician associates and MIND services, MSK practitioners, pharmacists, paramedics, nurses, healthcare assistants, support, and administration staff.

The successful candidate will be IT literate, (previous use of excel would be an advantage), well organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy and must enjoy supporting others. They will be able to handle confidential information and be able to work with complete integrity. They must be motivated and have a willingness to learn as part of a hard-working team, but also be comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
