Marston Forest Healthcare is a vibrant and successful practice in Bedfordshire with a clinical team including Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, MH link worker, & other members of staff.
We are offering a superb opportunity to join well-established, innovative Practice and we have a vacancy for a Salaried GP, working 6 - 8 sessions per week. The surgery has a great reputation for its patient care and aims to provide a supportive environment for the development of all of their GPs. There is a strong sense of team within the practice and they all work together and participate in team activities together making this truly enjoyable place to work.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will be a General Practitioner registered with the GMC. You will also be on the NHS Performers list. Experience within a Primary Care setting would be ideal but not essential. You will be confidant in your ability to complete face to face consultations, telephone consultations and home visits. Having clear and effective communication will come naturally to you whilst you support your colleagues in the delivery of an outstanding patient experience. Having evidence of delivering a high level of care to your patients will be vital in supporting the business in achieving its objectives.
About us
At our Marston Moretaine site we have undergone a fantastic refurbishment to the Practice. We have increased our clinical room capacity and Administration offices which will enable us to become a GP Training Practice and to broaden the services that we offer.
We carefully manage the workload of our GPs to ensure that they work in a safe and caring environment, supported by an MDT approach model of working.
We are a tier 2 registered organisation so welcome applications from individuals that require a Tier 2 visa.
