Job summary
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Head Administrator
to lead our administration team. This person will have a professional approach
and a flexible 'can do' attitude that enables them to work effectively as part
of a team and to develop working relationships with all members of the
practice.
They should have excellent communication skills, a
compassionate and friendly nature, and an aptitude for great customer service.
They will also require the ability to work in a demanding environment and be
committed to offering the best possible care to patients and give excellent
support to our clinical team.

post holder will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative
duties to support the multi-disciplinary team. Duties can include but are not
limited to, supporting the administration team, read coding information into patients clinical records, extracting
data from clinical correspondence and adding to patient clinical records,
monitoring QoF targets and recall systems, notes summarising, e-referrals and monitoring
clinical emails. The post holder must work as part of a team, have the ability
to organise and prioritise their own workload on a day to day basis, and
observe strict rules about confidentiality at all times. Working strictly in
accordance with specific practice or national guidelines, they must also know
the limits of their own capabilities and seek direction from a doctor,
supervisor or manager when required.
