Main duties of the job
The post holder will work 5 sessions per week across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, providing high-quality, patient-centred general medical care. Clinical duties include routine and follow-up consultations with 15-minute appointment slots, allowing time for safe, thorough assessments and continuity of care.
The role is non-duty, with no requirement for on-call or duty sessions. The successful applicant will be well supported by two experienced GP partners, with easy access to clinical advice, regular informal discussion, and a strong team-based approach to patient care.

The Old School Surgery is a small, friendly rural dispensing practice caring for approximately 3,500 patients which isbeautifully situated alongside the Kennet & Avon Canal in the North Wessex Downs, anArea of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
