Job responsibilities
- Efficiently complete and process managed referrals on behalf of clinicians, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
- Respond promptly and professionally to basic referral queries from both staff and patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients via email, text, and phone to provide updates and information as needed.
- Liaise with third parties on behalf of GPs and the secretarial team to facilitate smooth operations.
- Accurately complete simple referrals and forms, supporting GPs and administrative teams.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the organisations daily functions.
- Consistently adhere to organisational policies and protocols as outlined in the Staff Handbook and employment contract
