Job summary
Make a measurable difference by coordinating innovative, digitally enabled health promotion initiatives that reduce health inequalities, and bring preventative care closer to where people live and work.
This role is ideal if you thrive on variety, value collaboration, and enjoy turning ideas into action. You'll be the key link between practices, commissioners, clinical teams, partners, and patients working to maximise uptake of our health promotion programmes and to ensure a high-quality, inclusive patient experience.
Interviews will take place on 2nd, 3rd, and 5th September.
