Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking, and experienced Business Manager to lead and support our developing PCN Management Team and wider more established PCN teams. The postholder will work closely with the Leadership & Management Team, to build resilience into a PCN that has grown substantially in the last 3 years from four members of staff to over 30.

After a sustained period of growth and maximizing our ARRS spending the PCN is in a strong position to grow and develop further. We are focused on retaining and developing staff, recruiting additional roles to enhance the service for our patients and, and fulfil on our existing projects and pilots. We take pride in our outstanding staff, working closely with our member practices providing excellent care for our patients. Trinity Health Group along with 6 other PCNs are hosted by Conexus - the GP Confederation for Wakefield.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will have overall responsibility for management and leadership of all PCN employed staff, resources, finances, support services and subcontractors and achievements of KPIs and outcomes.
