Job summary
We
are seeking a highly competent and experienced Human Resources Manager to join
our team at GP Pathfinder Clinics. The successful candidate will be tasked with
managing the day-to-day human resources operations of our organisation and
ensuring that our human resources programmes and initiatives are effective,
efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives.
Main duties of the job
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned
with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the
recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and promote a diverse
workforce.
3. Support
current and future business needs through the development, engagement,
motivation, and preservation of human capital.
4. Develop and
monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
organisation.
5. Oversee and
manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Assess
training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
7. Report to
management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
8. Ensure legal
compliance throughout human resource management.

operates from 4 sites Hazeldene Medical Centre, The Eagle Eye, Crest Medical
Centre & Chamberlayne Road Surgery. All staff are employed across the
practice and can be asked to work at either site.
