Job summary
Upton Surgery is seeking a dedicated and motivated Practice Nurse / Nurse Associate to become part of our dynamic nursing team. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in managing diabetes, though prior experience in practice nursing, while beneficial, is not essential.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will make an assessment of a patients needs and act upon their assessment. They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients by providing quality evidence based care.

We have a holistic, integrated care approach for our 12,000 patients, winning the Herefordshire and Worcestershire GP Practice of the year 2021. We are a medical and nurse training practice and provide dispensing services. Located just 10 minutes from Junction 1 of the M50, 15 minutes from Worcester and Malvern. 10 minutes from Tewkesbury and 30 minutes from Cheltenham.
