Job summary

The Upton-upon-Severn Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a Paramedic to join our friendly clinical team of GP's, ANP's, practice nurses and pharmacist.

This is an exciting new role for the Practice so the successful candidate should have the drive to make this role their own.

The paramedic will be required to work autonomously in the practice, providing a range of services such as assessment, diagnosis, treatment, telephone triage and referring patients appropriately, as well as supporting the management team in the reviewing of clinical policy and procedure.

Main duties of the job

As this is a new role for the Surgery, it is expected that the role will develop and expand once the successful candidate is in place, therefore the candidate should be flexible to change and driven to help mould the role and make it their own.

  • support with long term conditions
  • Provide routine care to patients as required in accordance with local and national guidelines
