We are seeking an experienced and dynamic GP Surgery Reception Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of governance and quality. The Reception Supervisor will oversee the reception team while fostering a positive team culture.

Main duties of the job

• Supervise daily operations of the GP surgery reception area, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Responsible for setting up clinicians clinics on EMIS
• Lead and supervise a team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and morale.
• Implement training programmes for staff on relevant courses in connection with primary care and customer service excellence.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of the surgery.
