Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a busy clinical environment. Main duties of the job
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including health assessments, vaccinations, and wound management
- Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during consultations and procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and record medical histories accurately
- Educate patients on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with data protection regulations
- Support the organisation of clinics and manage appointment schedules efficiently
- Ensure the clinical environment adheres to health and safety standards, including infection control protocols
- Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with best practices in nursing care
