Job description

Job responsibilities

1. Dealing with all telephone enquiries e.g. booking ambulances, Hospital Cars etc.

2. Booking Appointments

3. Processing repeat prescriptions.

4. Receiving and recording of messages/visits.

5. Office workflow:-

Scanning documents on receipt

Dealing with emails received via generic admin address

Actioning Tasks

Dealing with actions from path and blood test results

6. Opening and sorting the post.

7. Sorting paperwork from Doctors trays.

8. General filing

9. Member of Document Handling Team

10. Assisting Doctors with general secretarial duties as and when required.

11. Dealing with patients on Reception Desk when required.

12. Making tea and coffee

13. Any other duties as and when required.
