Job summary
We are
looking for an enthusiastic and committed Clinical Support Administrator to
join our Clinical Support Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part
of a wider multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality patient care.
As a
Clinical Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the
smooth and efficient delivery of care within the team.
Main duties of the job
Coordinating appointments for long-term and
chronic conditionreviews, drug-monitoring, interim assessments, and other
clinical needs.
Managing and responding to patient and staff
queries
Processing and filing blood pressure
monitoring forms
Updating documents, such as consent and carers
form
Issuing
screening reminders
