Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Clinical Support Administrator to join our Clinical Support Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality patient care.

As a Clinical Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of care within the team.

Main duties of the job

Coordinating appointments for long-term and chronic conditionreviews, drug-monitoring, interim assessments, and other clinical needs.

Managing and responding to patient and staff queries

Processing and filing blood pressure monitoring forms

Updating documents, such as consent and carers form

Issuing screening reminders

  • Lasting Power of Attorney Forms
  • Carers Form
  • Appointment booking - Long Term Conditions, DMARD/DOAC drug monitoring, Depression interim reviews, SMR's
  • CQ Docman admin and tasks Clinical, Care and Support leam and Care home admin email accounts
  • BP administration
  • 2ww safety netting
  • LTC Housebound MDT planning and logistics
  • Care home administration to support Care-Coordinators
  • Safeguarding register
  • Supporting Pharmacists/Pharmacy Technicians with audits
  • Medication review pathways
  • Death notification administration
  • Cancer screening reminders - Breast and Bowel
