Job responsibilities

  • Provide consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients of all ages

  • Manage long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension

  • Conduct home visits and telephone/video consultations as required

  • Prescribe medications and refer patients to secondary care when appropriate

  • Participate in clinical audits, QOF (Quality and Outcomes Framework), and CQC compliance

  • Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff

  • Contribute to practice meetings, training, and continuous professional development
