All Saints Surgery is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking General Practitioner to join our team under the National GP Retention Scheme (0.4 FTE 4 sessions per week).

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will provide high-quality primary care across four clinical sessions per week, delivering safe, patient-centred consultations for a broad and diverse population. This will include managing acute presentations, supporting patients with long-term conditions, and contributing to preventative and proactive care.
You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, participating in clinical discussions, quality improvement activity and shared decision-making to ensure continuity and safe outcomes for patients.
The role includes protected CPD time and structured educational supervision in line with the National GP Retention Scheme. There will also be opportunities to contribute to audit, service development and QOF-related work where appropriate, depending on experience and interest.

The post-holder will deliver four clinical sessions per week in accordance with an agreed job plan and will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective and responsive patient care.

Deliver comprehensive primary care services through face-to-face, telephone and remote consultations
Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in line with national guidance
Prescribe safely and cost-effectively in accordance with local and national policies
Maintain accurate, contemporaneous and legally compliant clinical records
Undertake clinical administration associated with patient care
Participate in clinical meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
Contribute to quality improvement activity, audit and service development initiatives
Support delivery of QOF and enhanced services where appropriate
