Exciting Opportunity at Expanding Cotswold

Group is looking for a half time partner (3.5 sessions) to join our happy and
thriving practice in Cirencester.
Our goal is to
provide excellent clinical care to our community and enjoy our time at work. We have a positive and supportive

Main duties of the job

practice with excellent CQC rating for older & younger persons care. Rising Star Award for Research in CRN West of England Awards 23. Winner of University of Bristol Academy
Teaching Practice Award 2024-25 in recognition of our outstanding
contribution to undergraduate medical teaching.
GP workload is supported by a range of Allied Health professionals inc: in-house practice pharmacy team, 4 UCPs & practice
nursing team who manage chronic disease patients.
A dedicated team of frailty nurses & nursing home matrons
to help manage elderly & housebound patients.
Systems in place to streamline administrative tasks via a team of care coordinators.
Minimal use of locums due to in-house floating salaried GP.
In-house specialities: minor surgery, dermoscopy, LARC
fitting, specialist menopause & womens health clinic, joint injections, acupuncture.
We are a training practice and are involved in a successful research
programme.
A well organised Practice
with a stable team; many of us have been working here for years.
Friends and Family scores consistently above 95%.
Surgeries in Cirencester, South Cerney, Kemble & Tetbury.
Total list size 24,600 & growing. 12 GP Partners & 3 Salaried GPs.
Dispensing in
Tetbury & Kemble.
Monthly PLTs, daily clinical coffee for the whole team,
Friday Partner lunches.
