SALARIED GP - UMBRELLA MEDICAL

Are you a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a motivated person to join our friendly, forward thinking group of practices as a Salaried GP. With a strong focus on high quality patient care and a supportive team culture, we offer an environment where you can thrive both professionally & personally.

You will provide the full range of NHS personal medical services to registered patients on the list (c. 35,000) covered by the 4 Umbrella Medical practices, to include history taking, examination, diagnosis, treatment & referral as appropriate.

The post of Salaried General Practitioner operates within the context of the Personal Medical Services Pilots detailed in the NHS Primary Care Act of 1997.

About us

Umbrella Medical provide primary care services across 4 sites in Walsall:

• Hatherton Medical Centre (formerly Lichfield St Surgery, Sycamore House Medical Centre and Limes Medical Centre)
• Mossley & Dudley Fields Surgery
• Holland Park Surgery
• Broadway Medical Centre

We are a growing partnership with a very strong emphasis on providing high quality accessible care. We are currently CQC OUTSTANDING (2 practices) and continue to build on that foundation. We recognise that General Practice is changing and in order to continue to provide excellent care we are offering this position.

In 2023 we merged 3 of our Walsall town centre practices into one purpose built, brand new medical centre in the heart of Walsall. Designed with both clinicians & patients in mind, our modern facilities offer state of the art consulting rooms, excellent support services & a welcoming environment.
