Job summary
We are
recruiting a small number of highly experienced, high-performing GPs to deliver
expert-level telephone and digital triage at pace. This role is designed for
clinicians who thrive in high-intensity environments, make fast, defensible
decisions, and consistently deliver safe, high-quality outcomes without
reliance on face-to-face consultation.

£14,000 per session (per anumn)
Main duties of the job
- Deliver high-intensity telephone
and digital triage to a consistently high standard
- Minimum expected throughput - 20 patients plus per hour
- Perform rapid clinical
assessment, prioritisation, and safe disposition
- Resolve appropriate clinical and
administrative issues within a single interaction
- Escalate, refer, or signpost
patients safely and appropriately
- Communicate clearly,
confidently, and empathetically within time-limited consultations
- Use digital platforms (including
AccuRx) as a core clinical tool
- Maintain accurate,
contemporaneous clinical records
- Work as part of a highly
integrated multidisciplinary team
- Learn and adhere to local
systems, pathways, and operational processes

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- High level of digital competence, including confident use of AccuRx or similar systems
- Ability to rapidly learn local IT systems, clinical pathways, and procedures
- Strong team-working skills with the ability to function autonomously
