Job summary
Mounts Medical Centre is seeking a motivated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner ANP to join our excellent and supportive clinical team on a full-time basis.
You will be working within a highly collaborative environment alongside two other ANPs with full clinical support from an on-call GP, five GP partners, one salaried GP, and two experienced practice nurses. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a friendly and professional setting.
Main duties of the job
Assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
Provide evidence-based clinical care within your scope of practice
Prescribe independently where qualified
Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses and the wider practice team
Conduct home visits when required, with full clinical support from the on-call GP
Contribute to service development and continuous quality improvement
Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records

We are a well-established practice comprising 5 GP partners, 1 salaried GP, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), 2 practice nurses, 1 healthcare assistant, reception team members and PCN staff.
