Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role
in ensuring the smooth running of the practice, maintaining high standards of
patient care, and supporting the team to achieve organisational goals. Full
support, structured handover, and on-the-job training will be provided.

Oversee the day-to-day management of the practice
Support and manage administrative and clinical staff Lead on Quality and
Outcomes Framework QoF performance
Handle patient feedback and complaints
professionally and effectively
Ensure compliance with CQC and NHS contractual
requirements
Manage HR processes including recruitment, staff development and
performance
Oversee financial and operational processes in collaboration with
the partners
Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and
patient experience
Work collaboratively with the PCN and external
stakeholders
Contribute to strategic planning and drive the practice forward
About us
Mounts Medical Centre is seeking a motivated and capable
Practice Manager to lead and support the operational and strategic development
of our friendly and forward-thinking GP practice.
We are a well-established practice comprising 5 GP
partners, 1 salaried GP, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), 2 practice
nurses, 1 healthcare assistant, reception team members and PCN staff. We pride
ourselves on delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and
collaborative working environment.

- Previous practice management or healthcare management experience preferred
- Knowledge of SystemOne clinical system desirable
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
