OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine health status and medical needs.
• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans based on individual patient requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical history, treatment progress, and follow-up care.
• Provide health education and counselling to patients regarding lifestyle choices, preventive care, and disease management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Stay informed about advancements in medical practices and participate in continuous professional development.

Experience

• A recognised ANP qualification with valid registration with the NMC.
• Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, along with an understanding of common medical conditions.
• Experience in medication administration, including familiarity with various pharmaceutical treatments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families effectively.
