Main duties of the job
- Be the first point of contact for patients, providing a friendly and professional service.
- Signpost patients to the appropriate healthcare professional based on their needs.
- Support administrative duties, including appointment scheduling, handling queries, and processing prescriptions.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
- Contribute to improving patient care and practice operations

Framlingham Medical Practice is a friendly rural practice based in the picturesque Suffolk countryside looking after 9,500 patients. Our mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of all our patients in Framlingham and the surrounding villages, through the provision of high quality, easy accessible health care.
Our practice team consists of 3 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GP's, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 1 Paediatric Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 2 Paramedics, 1 Clinical Pharmacist, 3 Practice Nurses, 2 Health Care Assistants, a large dispensary team, all supported by highly experienced Administrators and Care Navigators.
