Job summary

Hawthorn Drive Surgery is looking to recruit either a Nurse Practitioner or an ECP to join our established team of clinical staff to provide care for our 10,700 patients

Main duties of the job

providing care for patients with acute and long term conditions also supporting our current ECP to provide care for the care homes that the surgery provides both a weekly ward round and on the day requests.

Hawthorn Drive Surgery takes care of 10,700 patients this includes 4 care/ residential homes. The surgery is spread over two sites due to capacity, the two sites are listed below
