Job summary
Hawthorn Drive Surgery is looking for two part time care navigator/receptionists to join our friendly and experienced team, as part of the care navigator/reception team you will support the team provide care for over 10,000 patients.
You'll need excellent communication and computer skills, along with a 'can-do' attitude, full training and support will be given.
Main duties of the job
Duties and responsibilities
- Making appointments
- Contacting patients as required
- Giving out results
- Home visit requests
- Deal with general enquiries and complaints
- Answering external calls from patients and internal calls from other staff members
- Greet and direct patients and visitors
- handing out prescriptions
- giving out and taking in new patient registrations
