Were currently seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and professional Medical Secretary to join our supportive team. This vital role involves managing clinical correspondence, processing referrals, and providing essential administrative support to our clinical staff.
We are open to one full-time position or two part-time positions, depending on availability.

community clinics.
Managingpatient queries, liaising with hospitals,
consultants, and other healthcare providers.
Processinginsurance and medico-legal reports
Assisting in maintainingconfidential patient recordsin
compliance withGDPRand NHS standards.
Collaborating with thereception and admin teamto
streamline workflows.
Providing general administrative support to GPs and the practice team.
Managing GP to GP and keeping them up to date.
Checking and updating spreadsheets for 2 week referrals.
